In our continued effort to improve and upgrade our network services, we will need to carry out a service impacting upgrade which will affect the following of your service(s) with us:
We do not expect you to lose network connectivity for more than 20 minutes during the window of 23:00 - 06:00 on the night of the 30th of April (DE time).
We appreciate that this is a large maintenance window. Regrettably, this is necessary due to the scale and complexity of the work. We need to ensure that any necessary rollbacks have the required amount of time within the set window.
This maintenance is the final piece of work required to fully migrate our network into our brand new Cisco platform which has been a large ongoing operation between Bekserver and Cisco.
